Modelled on the early ‘Davos’ meetings, the FT Innovative Lawyers summit aims to capture that spirit of ideas exchange and forward momentum for the legal profession. This event will bring in outside commentators and business innovators to create a unique gathering of the world’s most innovative lawyers where they can share ideas and be inspired. The FT will supply an independent platform for attendees to discuss the critical issues facing their businesses and the profession more generally.
Guests will be drawn from organisations that have appeared in the FT special reports in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. They will comprise managing or senior partners, innovative partners, chief legal officers and c-suite directors at law firms, corporations, financial institutions and disruptive legal businesses. The 200 guests will be split between law firm partners and general counsel but will include other professionals and people working at alternative legal suppliers.
The event is structured in partnership with RSG Consulting, the legal strategy firm and the FT’s long-term research partner on the Innovative Lawyers programme and the Harvard Law School Centre on the Legal Profession.
